Thursday Training
Thursday training is generally held at the Australian Embassy Staff Club Yangon from 7-9 pm. At times we run sessions at People's Park on U Wisara Road. We spend time working on ball skills, strength training, and general fitness. Afterwards we have a feed and brief social session.

The Australian Club is located in Golden Valley, next to the International School Yangon (ISY). Most taxi drivers will know "ISY". The actual street address is Shwe Taung Kyar St, Bahan Township.
Please note - when we train at the Australian Club your name needs to be on the gate for security reasons. We also use the Club’s card system to pay for food and drinks. Players can purchase these from the bar for 12,500 Kyats or USD 10. Additionally, because the Club staff stay late on Thursdays we need to cover their overtime/taxi home. This means we collect 5,000 Kyats from each player.

-Pork Sausage Rolls with Chips and Salad. @USD6
-Sausages (3 pcs per plate) with Chips and Salad (Cumberland @USD6, Beef Sausage @USD8, Pork Sausage @USD10, Lamb Sausage @USD11)
-Mignon Steak with Chips and Salad @ USD8
-Chicken Salad @USD7
-Nicoise Salad @USD6
-Curry with Rice (daily special) @USD6
